By accessing or using Seenn's AI-powered accounts receivable services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Description of Services

Seenn provides AI-powered accounts receivable services, including but not limited to:

• Automated phone reminders for payment collection
• WhatsApp and SMS payment notifications
• Email follow-up communications
• Integration with accounting and payment systems

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Ensure you have proper authorization to collect payments from your customers

4. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services. Fees are subject to change with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

4a. Free Trial

Seenn offers a 14-day free trial with limited functionality. During the trial period, you may access the platform with up to 2 clients and 6 outbound calls. Trial accounts are subject to the same terms as paid accounts. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your access will be suspended. No credit card is required to start a trial.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including our AI technology, are and will remain the exclusive property of Seenn Inc. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Services.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We process customer data according to your instructions and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to share customer data with us for payment collection purposes.

6a. AI-Powered Communications

You acknowledge that Seenn uses AI agents to contact your clients via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email on your behalf. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have legal authorization to contact your clients through automated means
• Complying with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including consent requirements for automated calls and messages
• Informing your clients that they may receive AI-powered communications regarding outstanding payments
• The accuracy of client contact information uploaded to the platform

Seenn is not liable for any claims arising from unauthorized or non-compliant use of automated communications through our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seenn Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

8a. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
