3a. AI-Powered Communications

Our service uses AI agents to communicate with your clients on your behalf. By using Seenn, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Phone calls made by our AI agents may be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement purposes
  • Your clients will be contacted by an AI-powered voice agent acting on your behalf and under your brand
  • WhatsApp messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business API platform and are subject to Meta's data policies
  • SMS messages are delivered through third-party telecommunications providers
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact your clients through these channels

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who assist in our operations
  • Professional advisors and auditors
  • Law enforcement when required by law
  • Business partners with your consent

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5a. Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. This service may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not use this data to personally identify individual visitors.

5b. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

Pages that offer our interactive voice demo are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service used in place of a traditional CAPTCHA. We run Turnstile in Invisible mode, which means it usually completes without showing you a challenge or requiring any interaction — so it may run without you noticing it.

To tell human visitors apart from automated traffic, Cloudflare processes a limited set of signals from your browser, including your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent header, and the site key and origin of the page you are on. Cloudflare states that these signals are strictly necessary for detecting and blocking bots, and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

This processing is described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum, which supplements Cloudflare's general privacy policy.

5c. Voice Demo Language

The interactive voice demo starts in Automatic mode. In Automatic mode, we may use the approximate country associated with your network connection only to choose the demo's initial language.

This is not a permanent setting: the assistant can detect the language you actually speak and switch to it during the conversation. Our application does not add that country to the demo session record it stores.

Separately, the infrastructure providers that deliver this service — such as our hosting, network and real-time audio providers — may record standard connection metadata, which can include an approximate location, in their own platform logs. That is ordinary internet infrastructure logging and is outside our application's control.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent where applicable

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Customer data is typically retained for the duration of your service agreement plus applicable legal retention periods.
